YCP PROPERTIES, INC. is the real estate arm of YCP Holdings, Inc. (est. 1996) - a Batangas-based group of companies with business interests in agriculture, real estate, F&B and health & wellness. Primarily established in 2013 for office & commercial leasing, the company expanded to residential property development in 2019 with the vision to be a key player in property development industry.

At YCP Properties Inc., we believe that every Filipino family  deserves an affordable, sustainable, and quality home to live in. That is why we strive to build homes and communities where families can enjoy this reality. This is one of our many services to the nation, and we start by building it in South Luzon.

YCP Holdings, Inc. was established in 1996 by a true visionary, and a passionate Batangueño businessman, the late Dindo L. Katigbak, together with his wife, Dr. Princess Dimayuga-Katigbak, a respected physician and one of the pioneer dermatologists in Batangas. It is the desire of the couple to not just build their company from the ground up, but also to serve the people of Batangas by offering honest, high-quality, and economical products and services.
